What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and what you tell us about your real-estate needs — through contact forms, the chat assistant, email, phone or text.
- Chat conversations with our AI assistant on this website.
- Basic technical information needed to run and protect the website (for example, your IP address is used temporarily to prevent abuse; we store only a non-reversible code derived from it).
Why we collect it
To answer your questions, provide real-estate services (buying, selling, relocating, investing), arrange calls or showings, follow up with you, and keep records required for our business. We do not sell your personal information.
The AI chat assistant
The chat on this website is an AI assistant, not Igor in person. It answers general questions and can pass your request to Igor. Your contact details are saved only if you tick the consent box in the chat. Chat messages are processed by our technology providers (including an AI provider, Anthropic) and may be processed or stored outside Canada, including in the United States, where they may be subject to the laws of that country. Please do not share sensitive information (such as ID or banking numbers) in the chat.
Consent and communications
By submitting your details you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your inquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email, replying STOP to any text, or contacting us below.
How we protect it
Personal information is stored on secured, access-controlled systems with encrypted backups. Only Igor and the service providers needed to deliver our services have access.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law and real-estate regulations (RECA). After that it is deleted or anonymized.
