How long does it take to sell?
It depends on price, property type and the season. Well-priced detached homes in Calgary often sell in days; condos and higher-priced homes take longer. I will give you a realistic timeline for your specific property, not a generic average.
Should I renovate before listing?
Usually no. Small fixes, cleaning and good staging almost always return more than a renovation. I will walk through your home and tell you exactly what is worth doing and what to leave alone.
Can I sell and buy at the same time?
Yes, and this is the most common situation I handle. We plan the timing, conditions and financing so you are not left with two homes or none.
What if I have tenants or a basement suite?
I own rental property myself and know the Alberta rules. Tenants, suites and legalization questions are part of the plan from day one.
